Sci Fi Channel decided they had to rebrand themselves because they thought the channel name was too geeky, they came up with SyFy. If you compare Sci Fi to Syfy, it just sounds the same so this is just stupid for me, then again the rebranding power is strong on this world.
Anyway to celebrate the new SyFy name, they created this gorgeous video:
